For more than twenty years Arnott and Kathleen Duncan have been growing and providing people with clean, healthy food. Using sustainable farming practices Duncan Family Farms produces crops from fields that have been painstakingly maintained throughout the year and are ready for Arizona’s October through April harvest season. Through its new Duncan Family Farms Local initiative, certified organic produce is now available direct from its Goodyear, Arizona farm to local consumers via Farmers Markets and our Salad A Day the Duncan Way our health and wellness CSA program. Duncan Family Farms Local will allow us to once again provide people in Arizona with the opportunity to buy direct from the farm and to continue our outreach in giving back to the local communities who have so generously supported us over the past 20 years.
We believe that the primary responsibility of Duncan Family Farms is to produce clean, healthy, life-giving food. We are also committed to making a strong contribution to an improved environment and to giving back to our community. When you buy produce from Duncan Family Farms you are purchasing direct from a farm in your community, you are getting certified organic produce, and your items have been harvested within 24 hours before being brought to you at either a Farmers Market or via our CSA program. Our farm is committed to giving back to our community through several philanthropic programs such as our partnership with the Statewide Gleaning project and our Volunteer Market program. So, your purchase not only provides you with some great tasting local organic produce but you are also supporting these programs, too.
